The cake was AMAZING! We couldn’t make up our mind after a taste-testing, so decided on a layer of Vanilla Almond cake and a layer of Lemon Cake with Cherry filling between the two. It was topped with butter cream frosting. Three tiers of this, with beautiful sugar flowers as well. It was both gorgeous and delicious! Annie made getting the cake super easy and was wonderful to work with. I can’t say enough good things about her and Ambrosia Cakes! Sean S.

Okay, Annie is amazing! She made my dream of a wedding dessert bar come to life! Everything was absolutely amazing! From the cake, to the churros, to the donuts, to the cupcakes our guests ate EVERYTHING and loved it! She is a joy to work with, professional and knows her stuff. You will not be disappointed! Absolute please to work with!

Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with! For our wedding recently on March 24th, she made us a three tier cake with strawberry and apple spice as our two flavors. In the middle was a vanilla buttercream. We received lots of compliments! Our cake turned out exactly how we wanted it. Thank you Annie!
