THE Best Decision!

My daughter and I had been planning her wedding on our own and about 6 weeks before the wedding my daughter suggested we hire an event day planner. We were so fortunate to find Niki Jorgensen Event Collective through a recommendation of the catering director at the reception venue. Hiring Niki was THE best decision ever as it allowed me, as the mother of the bride, to truly enjoy the day and not worry about details. The day of the wedding, Niki was such a gift. As I had hoped, I didn’t worry about anything knowing she was there to ensure all went as planned. My new son-in-law referred to Niki as the “MVP” of the day. By the time we were ready to leave the reception ballroom, Niki led the charge to get everything cleaned up, packed up, and taken to our room at the resort so we never missed precious time with our out-of- town family and friends as we continued our celebration after the reception.Niki was such a pleasure to work with, very professional and created a perfect day for us! 7 years and counting!

I run a venue in downtown Phoenix (On Jackson). I have had the opportunity to work with Niki and her team for over 7 years. Niki and her team are always professional and organized and everything you would want in a planner but on top of that, she doesn't know the meaning of the word NO! In all of this time, I have never had a case where I or one of my clients had a vision or idea that she has ever said "we can't do that", and believe me we have done some pretty amazing and outrageous events! Niki is always responsive to calls, texts and emails, and never has left us hanging. Best Day of my Life

I do not know where to begin on how helpful Niki was when it came to my wedding. It was an adventure in planning and she went on the long windy road with me! Planning a wedding? You will never regret Niki's help! As "Mother of the Bride," it was important to me to be able to truly enjoy my daughter's wedding day stress-free. I wanted to be fully present without being distracted by tending to details and timeline issues and I certainly didn't want my daughter to be a point person for anything that came up that day. While I did want to be a large part of the planning process with my daughter and her future husband, my daughter and I decided early on that we wanted someone to help make sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding. We were impressed with Niki right away during our phone interview. She was very professional and business-like. While we hired Niki for "month of" wedding planning, she was available for questions we had during the months leading up to the wedding and had great insight for us as we were putting together all the details. And having Niki's hands-on help the month of the wedding and on the wedding day was truly a blessing! She was reliable and dependable; we completely trusted her! It was a wonderful, stress free day, full of beautiful moments! I was able to truly relax and enjoy it all! And my daughter and her new husband said it was the "best day ever." Best Wedding Planner!

I'm so happy we found Niki! We started planning about a year and a half in advance. Everything from vendor management to last-minute hiccups was taken care of by Niki. Our garden wall even fell off the truck on the way to the venue the day of the wedding, but Niki was able to scrounge something up and make it work with the vision I wanted. Even through all my last-minute anxieties, Niki and her team were responsive and there to calm me down. She took care of literally everything and I would HIGHGLY recommend!
