The Passion
Cooking is my passion.   Being a lover of delicious food, discovering that I had so many food allergies was quite a blow.  Many of the things I enjoyed eating were suddenly eliminated from my diet.  In my quest to find decadent, delicious, and yet wholesome food, I embarked on a journey to recreate Gluten free and allergy friendly versions of my favorites.  In my journey, I created some new gluten free desserts!   I'm now inviting you to enjoy my creations...
