Wedding Story
A charming family affair

The day Anne Moser married Dee Giles was especially meaningful for her. Anne’s mother made the beautiful bridal gown and Anne’s sister served as photographer and wedding advisor. Anne and Dee had both lost grandparents in the past year, and Dee’s grandfather could not attend, so Anne’s mother and sister surprised her by having charms made with the loved ones’ photos for her to carry with her bouquet. The reception was held at Villa Siena because of its beautiful Italian architecture. “The site was exquisite and the staff was wonderful to work with,” Anne says. For her colors, she chose shades of brown with accents of burnt orange, red, yellow and hydrangea green. Anne’s dream was to have dessert centerpieces, so she combined tall floral arrangements, candles and sweets to create her “unique, romantic, and yummy table settings.” As for photography, she couldn’t have been happier with her sister, Marnee Marriott of Marriott Photography, behind the lens. “Marnee captured all the little details, from the physical to the emotional. She made Dee and I look wonderful. The pictures from the reception really made us feel like we were reliving the entire event!”
